Skilled Care Worker
Wage: £7.80 to £9.00 per Hour subjected to qualification and experience.
Hours: 40 per week working night/day shifts other 7 days a week
Must be 18 + to work nights and be involved in personal care. Applicants must have NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
Duties include dispensing medication, care planning, helping residents get dressed, bathing, preparing snacks
and dealing with all aspects of personal care. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure.
RGN / to be registered Nurse
Wage: £9.00 to £17.00 per hour subjected to qualification and experience.
Hours: 40 hours per week working night/day shifts other 7 days a week
The successful applicant will preferably have an NMC PIN Number. If no suitable candidates apply with a NMC PIN Number we are prepared to train up a suitable candidate to NMC PIN. Applicants undergoing training to NMC PIN, the supervised practice period the salary per annum will be £16,700 over a 37.5 hours week. Once the NMC pin number is gained the salary will rise to £32,032 per annum over a 40 hour week.
In this role you must have the ability to work on your own or within a team within a nursing home environment.
Must be able to prove that they can cope with the day to day challenges of a nurse’s role and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will be working in an excellent rated Nursing home that provides care for the Elderly people. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Health Service Manager
Wage: Annual salary of £26,500 - £32,000 subjected to qualification and experience
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Implements policies of the board, ensures statutory procedures are followed, with particular emphasis on patient safety and the management of risk;
Liaises with health care professionals to determine short and long-term needs and how to meet these objectives within budgetary constraints;
Oversees the day-to-day management of the unit or service and provides leadership to staff; Uses statistical information to monitor performance and assist with planning; Negotiates and manages contracts with providers and purchasers of health care services; Manages staff, including recruitment, appraisal and development;Monitors and reports upon the effectiveness of services with a view to improving the efficiency of health care provision; coordinates the promotion of public health and wellbeing in the actions and policies of public agencies and their social partners; monitors and reports upon the state of public health and wellbeing.
Applicants must have NVQ level 6 or equivalent.
